Inspired by the life of Jean Parisot de Vallett, Palazzo Jean Parisot is now named after the influential Grandmaster of the Order of the Knights of St John. After all – he was the man who built Valletta, and he oversaw the laying of its foundations in 1566, after the final battle of the Great Siege of Malta was complete.
Today, we’re proud to honour this great man at the Palazzo and to recollect his incredible vision for the building of a city ‘by gentlemen for gentlemen’. In fact, we have even incorporated the lion – one of the main symbols of Jean Parisot de la Valette’s coat of arms – into our logo. It is a symbol that represents the Knights Cross and the Sovereign Military Order of Malta, while also being a representation of bravery, nobility, royalty and strength.
The hotel itself features eight elegant suites with full kitchen facilities, all designed to the finest standards and with excellent facilities and state-of-the-art technology. Convenience is the order of the day, so you will enjoy the freedom of self check-in and check-out, room-pad controlled electronics, and Smart TVs.
Whether you’re visiting Valletta for business or pleasure, Palazzo Jean Parisot will become your home in the city – a destination that promises true comfort, relaxation and enjoyment.
